Based in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia, The Middle Spoon Desserterie & Bar first opened its doors in summer 2011, offering homemade desserts and original cocktails in a modern atmosphere. Today this successful franchise has opened several new locations, and has started producing it's own line of innovative, original cocktails and handcrafted spirits.
